H3 is MiniMax's newer model: it takes text or a photo and generates sound. Hailuo 2.3 only animates a photo and is silent. H3 starts at 16 credits; Hailuo 2.3 is 20.
Free-plan videos carry a small watermark, and this model has no way to add one. So it is reserved for paid plans, where videos are watermark-free anyway.
